Geartsje van der Zee is a scenographer and social designer. She creates spaces for both theatre and everyday life, always placing the visitor’s experience at the centre. With her work, she aims to awaken the senses and raise awareness of our natural, artificial, and social environments. She believes that the way a space is designed, and how you physically move within it, has a strong influence on how a story is received and experienced.
