Jan Evert Musch

Jan Evert Musch

The work of artist and “re-discoverer” Jan Evert Musch is characterized by a spiritual connection to the Drenthe landscape. Musch is often found at the stienbargen (commonly known as hunebeds), where he leaves stones and drawings or tells stories. These stories often stand in opposition to prevailing ideas about the stienbargen. In 1992, Musch discovered two stienbargen in Anloo. He lives in the Drenthe village of Ixt (Eext).
