Rachel Schuit (1993) is a theatre maker and performer who explores the intimate relationship between the human body and the landscape. Using her body as an instrument, she listens to the dynamics, elements, and materials of a location, immersing herself and her audience in a sensory exploration of the place. In 2020, she co-founded Platform Nexus, a makers’ house in Weesp, where she collaborates with eight artists across hybrid disciplines. Since 2024, she has been part of the development trajectory Station Noord, creating educational and social projects connected to the landscapes of the northern Netherlands.
